Come explore Gladie Creek with FIND Outdoors team members and students from Eastern Kentucky University.
What’s better than spending a steamy Kentucky Saturday standing in a cool mountain stream? Join FIND Outdoors as we explore what lives in nearby Gladie Creek and what its flora and fauna tell us about the health of the stream. You’ll be amazed at what we find!
This program involves a roughly half mile walk down to the creek. There is a short hill that we will walk down and back up.
Two sessions per event date:
10:00am-12:00pm
and/or
2:00pm-4:00pm
Clothes to get wet in
Must wear some sort of foot covering (Sandals, Water shoes, no flip flops)
Water bottle
Hat
Sunscreen
Free-Tickets are not required.
