We’re excited to have you join us for the Foraging Experience at the Cradle of Forestry in partnership with No Taste Like Home, a foraging education company based in Asheville, NC. The program takes place at the Cradle of Forestry at
The Foraging Experience is 3-hour program led by a No Taste Like Home foraging expert. Wander through woods and meadows with guides, gathering any of over 500 edibles depending on the weather and the season. Enjoy a cooking demo and tasting.
This program takes place on Sunday, July 23, from 10 am until 1 pm.
We have a waiver that will need to be completed for each participant at the time of the program. To save time, you are welcome to print, sign and bring this waiver with you; otherwise, we will have a form for you to fill out and sign when you arrive for your program.
Due to generous grant funding from the NC Museum of Natural Sciences this program is free for registered attendees. Pre-registration is required for this program.
