We’re excited to have you join us for the Wild Food Stroll at the Cradle of Forestry in partnership with No Taste Like Home, a foraging education company based in Asheville, NC. The program takes place at the Cradle of Forestry at 11250 Pisgah Hwy, Pisgah Forest, NC 28768.
The Wild Food Stroll is a 1.5-hour program led by a No Taste Like Home foraging expert, where we learn to identify and safely try a variety of wild foods that can be found in Pisgah National Forest.
This program takes place on Saturday, July 22, from 10 am until 11:30 am.
We have a waiver that will need to be completed for each participant at the time of the program. To save time, you are welcome to print, sign and bring this waiver with you; otherwise we will have a form for you to fill out and sign when you arrive for your program.
Due to generous grant funding from the NC Museum of Natural Sciences this program is free for registered attendees. Pre-registration is required for this program.
