Celebrate a Season of Discovery with Our Cradle Intern Educators

Program Details

Come celebrate the incredible work of our Cradle Intern Educators at a special end-of-season capstone presentation!

They’ll be sharing what they’ve learned, what inspired them, and how we can all make a difference—by staying curious, making mindful choices, and caring for the natural world around us.

It’s a great chance to learn something new, cheer on their hard work, and connect with the wonders of nature!

Livi’s Gottschall’s Presentation:
Curious about what’s buzzing in the garden after spring blooms fade? Explore the vibrant world of fall native wildflowers and the vital role they play in sustaining pollinators. Plants like the towering Joe Pye Weed, shining Goldenrod, and more are critical for bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and overwintering insects. Come learn about their fascinating histories, ecological importance, and practical gardening tips for creating your own pollinator haven!

Morgan Craig’s Presentation:
Fungi: friend or foe? Fungi are an incredibly diverse Kingdom, entirely distinct from plants and animals- there is so much to discover and absorb! Learn about what exactly makes a fungus, a fungus, dive into the fantastic world of forest and fungi relationships, and uncover how you can be a friend to both forests and fungi!
