Natalie Britt
President/CEO
A passionate nonprofit leader with over 20 years of experience. Dedicated to all things outdoors including mountain biking, paddling and backpacking. Natalie loves cooking for friends, drinking local beer, spending time with her Boston Terrier, Penelope and cheering on SEC Football.
Crystal Reese
Chief Financial Officer
Crystal has worked in the nonprofit field for over 30 years (11 of those years with FIND), doing what she loves to do. She loves her family and vacationing, when there is time, and looks forward to one day traveling the states in an RV.
Beth Hooper
Chief Operating Officer
A people person with a love for retail and the great outdoors found her dream job when she came to work for FIND Outdoors seven years ago. Beth enjoys spending time camping and boating at the lake, antiquing and binge watching True Crime television.
Lee Henderson-Hill
Chief Development Officer
A native of western North Carolina, Lee grew up enjoying the Great Smoky Mountains and for the past 25 years she has been a community and nonprofit professional working in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Lee found her passion at FIND by bringing together her love for outdoor spaces, youth and travel. She is a lifelong Girl Scout, avid traveler (both domestic and internationally) and a proud owner of a motor coach that carries her spouse, children and grandchildren throughout the US.
Sharon Tam
COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
A dedicated lifelong educator, Sharon has worked for FIND for three years. She loves spending time with her family and two adorable grandchildren. Sharon has a passion for the outdoors and traveling the country with her hubby and pup.
Richard Coadwell
RETAIL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Born and raised in New Zealand, Richard grew up exploring the outdoors by kayak, foot and bike. He continues his outdoor adventures alongside his wife and son.
Brooke McGuire
Retail Operations Assistant
Brooke has been with the FIND Outdoors sales team for around three years so far and has loved the opportunity to work for her first nonprofit. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being outside in the warm weather and walking her pooch.
Angie McGee
FINANCE MANAGER
Angie loves spending time with her family of two daughters, sweet grandson and two dogs. She is very passionate about her job, living each day to the fullest and enjoying life.
Clay Wooldridge
EDUCATION DIRECTOR
Cheerleader for public lands, making good music with, and for, his friends and clean water; Lover of the Pisgah, birds, salamanders, creeks (and the trout that live in them) and Alabama football. Endeavoring to be a good dad and husband, and worthy team member of the crew at FIND Outdoors.
Cory Blackwell
FACILITIES & OPERATIONS ASSisTant
Cory is an NC native that enjoys any opportunity outside and has worked in such spots as Yellowstone and Olympic National Parks and the Uncompahgre. He spends his time playing in the dirt or playing his six string.
Christy Ralston
MANAGER – Cradle of forestry
Christy, originally from the Adirondacks in upstate New York, fell in love with western NC and moved here in ’98. She worked as a backcountry ranger, managing trails and overseeing several large outdoor programs. Christy encourages responsible recreational opportunities for anyone looking to utilize our amazing forests.
Stephanie Bradley
EDUCATION manager – Cradle of Forestry
Has been working in the environmental education field for the last 13 years, and for nonprofits for the last 8 years. Stephanie loves studying wildlife, exploring nature, playing with dogs, especially pugs and crafting of all sorts.

When Matt is not trail running or mountain biking, you can FIND him continuing his nearly 25-year career in the outdoor industry. He’s grateful for his two awesome daughters and his motley group of friends.
Dan Woodall
Regional Facilities & Operations Director
Growing up bass fishing Alabama’s lakes and rivers, Dan’s dedication to recreation on public lands runs deep. Over the last 6 years, he has worked closely with USFS to operate campgrounds and recreation areas. When not at work, Dan enjoys riding his bike, bass fishing, and making music with friends.

Rachel has been on a journey to “FIND” our nonprofit for several years, and once she became the manager of the Northwest Trading Post she was able to fulfill that journey. Rachel works hard to meet the needs of our visitors, while feeling the gratification of doing something she loves at the same time. She loves hiking the Parkway with her family and promoting a healthier lifestyle for 2022!
