Beth Hooper

Interim President and CEO

A people person with a love for retail and the great outdoors who found her dream job when she came to work for FIND Outdoors more than eight years ago. Beth enjoys spending time camping and boating at the lake, antiquing and binge watching True Crime television.

Crystal Reese

Chief Financial Officer

Crystal has worked in the nonprofit field for over 30 years (12 of those years with FIND), doing what she loves to do. She loves her family and vacationing, when there is time, and looks forward to one day traveling the states in an RV.

Lee Henderson-Hill

Chief Development Officer

A native of western North Carolina, Lee grew up enjoying the Great Smoky Mountains and for the past 25 years she has been a community and nonprofit professional working in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Lee found her passion at FIND by bringing together her love for outdoor spaces, youth and travel. She is a lifelong Girl Scout, avid traveler (both domestic and internationally) and a proud owner of a motor coach that carries her spouse, children and grandchildren throughout the US.

Cata Noreña

VP DEI and Community Outreach

Cata was born and raised in Colombia, relocated to the United States in 2006 and has been in the WNC area since 2016. Cata has a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy and has been an educator for over 20 years in many different settings but mostly learning outdoors alongside young children through wonder, excitement, and adventure. Cata is passionate about our public lands, the power of representation and community, and helping people feel good, invited, and comfortable outside. When she’s not at work, she’s somewhere in Pisgah riding bikes, swimming in the river, and adventuring with her partner and dogs.

Richard Coadwell 


Born and raised in New Zealand, Richard grew up exploring the outdoors by kayak, foot and bike. He continues his outdoor adventures alongside his wife and son. 

Brooke McGuire

Retail Operations Assistant

Brooke has been with the FIND Outdoors sales team the last four years and has loved the opportunity to work for her first nonprofit. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being outside in the warm weather and walking her pooch.

Angie McGee

Angie McGee


Angie loves spending time with her family of two daughters, sweet grandson and two dogs. She is very passionate about her job, living each day to the fullest and enjoying life. 

Clay Wooldridge


Cheerleader for public lands, making good music with, and for, his friends and clean water; Lover of the Pisgah, birds, salamanders, creeks (and the trout that live in them) and Alabama football. Endeavoring to be a good dad and husband, and worthy team member of the crew at FIND Outdoors.

Cory Blackwell


Cory is an NC native  that enjoys any opportunity outside  and has worked in such spots as Yellowstone, Olympic National Parks and the Uncompahgre. He spends his time playing in the dirt or playing his six string.

Christy Ralston

MANAGER – Cradle of forestry

Christy, originally from the Adirondacks in upstate New York, fell in love with western NC and moved here in ’98. She worked as a backcountry ranger, managing trails and overseeing several large outdoor programs. Christy encourages responsible recreational opportunities for anyone looking to utilize our amazing forests. 

Stephanie Bradley 


Has been working in the environmental education field for the last 13 years, and for nonprofits for the last 8 years. Stephanie loves studying wildlife, exploring nature, playing with dogs, especially pugs and crafting of all sorts.

Matt Christian

Pisgah Visitor Center –
Assistant Manager

When Matt is not trail running or mountain biking, you can FIND him continuing his nearly 25-year career in the outdoor industry. He’s grateful for his two awesome daughters and his motley group of friends. 

Dan Woodall

Regional Facilities & Operations Director

Growing up bass fishing Alabama’s lakes and rivers, Dan’s dedication to recreation on public lands runs deep. Over the last 6 years, he has worked closely with USFS to operate campgrounds and recreation areas. When not at work, Dan enjoys riding his bike, bass fishing, and making music with friends.


Tommy Turk

Facilities & Operations Director
Tommy comes to FIND after a 33-year career with Georgia State Parks and Historic Sites, and served for over 12 years as Regional Manager, supervising 22 State Parks. He has been a member of the Georgia DNR Search and Rescue team since 1997 and enjoys kayaking and woodworking in his spare time.  



Before discovering their passions with FIND, Brittney and Joey were full-time travelers, roaming the country in their vintage camper van and exploring our public lands in-depth. In their free time they love traveling to new places, enjoying live music or exploring trails with their dog, Rigby. 

Parker Hollifield 

Manager – Anna Ruby Falls Recreation ARea gEORGIA
A retired school teacher of 32 years and Forest Service employee, Parker has been with FIND Outdoors for a whopping 14 years. Native to the North Georgia mountains, his ancestors can be traced back to the 1700’s. He enjoys being with his family and five wonderful grandchildren and they are often spoiled by their paw paw and mimi Hollifield.  

Matt Summers

Assistant Manager – Anna Ruby falls
Matt is a retired Air Force jet engine mechanic and proud native of White County. After traveling the world, Matt returned back to White County to settle down and is now married with three children. He spends free time working around his house on various projects, but has always enjoyed playing in the outdoors.

Tracie Allison

STore Manager – Anna Ruby falls
Tracie has been working for FIND for eight years after searching for a career that involved her love for the outdoors. She is a whiz at interacting with visitors to the site, which she does with a smile on her face daily. In her spare time, you’ll FIND Tracie hanging with her son and family, and maybe getting out to hike and travel. 

Clinton Wickers 

Pisgah Manager
North Carolina
Clinton worked for FIND previously as an educator, and more recently as a Forest Service seasonal employee. His valuable knowledge of facility management brought him back to FIND in his new role. You can find him fishing and hiking in Pisgah whenever he has spare time. 

Dru Cosner 

Manager – Brasstown Bald
Dru comes to FIND after attending Young Harris College and four years working as a seasonal for Georgia State Parks. He spent the next 18 years working for State and local law enforcement agencies. Dru currently lives within sight of Brasstown, where his family enjoys hiking and exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains.
