With a background spanning nonprofits and leadership education in higher ed, Ashley is passionate about developing people and creating meaningful impact. Originally from sunny Florida, she balances her professional life with hiking adventures, frequent travel, and life with her spirited 9‑year‑old son. She is looking forward to being able to take that sense of adventure into her new role as a Project Manager at FIND.
