Nestled in Kentucky’s Red River Gorge, Gladie Visitor Center is a welcoming starting point for exploring more than 40,000 acres of the Daniel Boone National Forest. Stop inside for trail maps, safety information, area guides, interpretive exhibits, and locally inspired gifts before heading out to discover the Gorge’s sandstone cliffs, natural arches, hiking trails, waterways, and nearby wilderness areas. Two short nature trails also begin at the visitor center, offering an easy introduction to the surrounding landscape.
