Perkins Room at the Cradle of Forestry

The Cradle of Forestry offers a unique opportunity to host your next event in the heart of the Pisgah National Forest. Our meeting room is ideal for organizations hosting your next senior leadership meeting, networking event, educational workshop, or corporate receptions. Additionally, the center boasts a theater and exhibit hall for additional meeting and social functions.

Venue Rentals Boats:

• Perkins Room for meetings/events/retreats for 15-17 people 
• 2 smaller meetings rooms for hands-on learning, for 10-20 people 
• Museum featuring exhibits of the past, present, and future of forest conservation 
• Catering kitchen 
• Updated AV equipment, to include: 
  • 75″ TV display with HDMI connection
  • LCD projector and Screen
  • Built-in audio system 
  • High-speed wireless internet
  • OWL 360 virtual meeting device
  • Standard tables and chairs (additional rentals available via our vendor list.)
• Onsite parking for standard vehicles and busses
• Access to interpretive trails and interactive exhibits
• Onsite staff support, as requested
• Vendor list, to include recommended and preferred caterers, A/V and party rentals, hotels/lodging, etc.
